I haven't thought about all the possible combinations, but in terms of best possible firebolt, it would look something like this: use top fire magic/focus boosting gear, cast a 50 skill point attune, then use void necral wand which adds 1200 to fb, then swap gear to fb boosting for cast.

Take a level 225 mage and he can have 1130 base focus points
offhand edl grim adds 450 focus
best mainhand is void fire magic grim, adding 300 focus and 500 fire magic
best focus ammy adds 200 (I think)
silverweb charm adds 240 focus
best helm option is probably godly silverweb, which adds 180 focus and 500 fire magic
For the attunement cast, you want the rest of your armor to be edl which adds 1000 fire magic (haven't checked 200 shop, might be better)
4x godly necro 1000 fire magic/100 focus rings
braces should be godly mordy fb which adds 510 to fb and 500 fire magic, and godly emberdrake which adds 120 focus and 225 fb

with this setup you would have 3020 focus and 8750 fire magic ability which grants an attunement buff of 2474 according to swan's formula
including the 1200 skill dmg boost granted by the necro wand your buff is now 3674

swap robe and boots for occult, and gloves for ancient beastbone (1200 boost)
swap all four rings to godly spider, which add 450 each (1800 total)
swap charm for godly sunfire, adding 250
the braces add 735 dmg
now you have 2380 focus, 4050 ability, which gives 5194 base firebolt damage

5194+3674+3985=12853 max potential firebolt damage. I'm sure I miscalculated or forgot an item along the way, but this seems to be the highest attainable firebolt possible. You'd use the same approach to calculate for the other skills, I'm just too lazy lol

Yes probably we can get even higher hits than what we see, but only in our dreams.

I'm sure some godly braces from last event would lead to higher blast/firestorm hits than what are posted, plus skain sets adding a bit more focus. I just hit a 8838 fb this morning with some very average gear; there has to be someone out there with a 9500+ fb without using necro wand right?

Nicely done. What tier necro wand is that? And does the 380 focus from your lux brace adds more than the 473 iceblast from godly emberdrake brace?
I'm up to 9200 firebolt, will try again once I get/borrow a skain shrive set
