So I've been testing double attack, using different weapon speeds (3850 vs whatever 200 dagger has) and the cast rate seems to be constant. Is it true? Also, how does haste affect it? Is it true that it has a 2s cast time?
What about Sneaky or Assassinate? Anyone know?

#3Thanks man. Do you have more details? I read somewhere that it had 2.2 cast speed and then 0.7s animation. I'm wondering if the 0.7s reduces on haste.

#4It takes roughly 2.2 seconds for double attack to actually register damage. 1.5 to cast, then about .7 for the animation to complete. It is a guaranteed loss of 2 autos and up to 3 lost autos if you cancel one you were in the middle of. While it may never miss, the gain (and potential loss depending on a few things) isn't worth the points Imo.
Rend is a good option, but if one or more have a higher or equal levelled rend, it mainly just becomes energy waste
Rather run expose weakness and help the entire raid out if you don't know where to toss the points, or just pw if you feel like adding dps (though for pw to be effective, you need good attack, which str builds lack)

#5All skills with a cast time take your equipped weapon speed to cast, so if you use an EDL dagger with 1840 speed it will take 1.84 seconds to cast the skills that aren't instacast, a player on my world did extensive testing. However lag and graphic delay can deceive how long it takes and that's why there is many theory's.
