Ok there seems to be a lot of confusion so here is my experience.

OW eyes drop the red book pages I train among the greens so I get most of them there but I think I have gotten a few from red, blue and purple. I have lots and lots of them (melisant, zalza, veltisa etc.) I got a red binding from the purple eye boss. Still dont know where the cover is.

I have never seen a blue book page or a binder or cover (some of the pages i have for other classes may be blue pages but i dont think so).

depends on class (stupid confusing idea) some classes get red pages from sv, some from ow, rogues get blue from ow and red from sv... ALL classes are having trouble getting their sv pages (be blue or red)

Every class it seems EXCEPT Rangers get their Blue Book Pages in OtherWorld.

Now admin did say they would increase the drop rate, but what confuses me is that how can a druid get the spell tome BY THE TIME THEY GET TO Stonevale? Does that mean they also drop in Shalemont? Or possibly Dustwither? It is a very confusing thing.

blah im a ranger yet ive gotten no blues at all or even seen blue...
