#1It has been several days and countless tickets later. The problem I had was I opened 4 chests and received nothing from them and lagged out. I t said chest was opened and got nothing please help.

#2OTM does not work over weekends. Also it will take a few days for them to respond so I would say they shall respond last as Tuesday

We do not work weekends (Usually on the forums though
)
Support team will be going through tickets tomorrow.
The server should prevent issues such as these, it is possible the items went straight to your inventory.

#4Its been 10 days since i ask for a refund for my item i have bought. I messaged support on the day it happen and still no reply.
