when dose otm reply back on appeals I sent one on the weekend and it's Monday and still never got back to me this is insane do they not work on weekends?

They do not work weekends,...plus you gotta think it's not a huge company and the amount of tickets they receive,...I'm sure they will get back to you in a timely manner as muldar said in another post they will go through tickets today

Team should be looking into any received Appeals today

They may take time getting round to them (We receive a lot of Tickets and Appeals)
