Crom's Seals?

I was looking over the side of the bridge in Gelebron's chamber and I noticed something.

Are these the seals to Crom's prison?
Is the dragon seal blue because it was weakened when Aggragoth was summoned?

I love the fact that the design team said hmmm people may look over the edge of the bridge at gelebron, let's make them see Onyxclaw spawn spot lol. Very great detail attention.

I noticed them the other day too but I don't pay attention to storylines. There's a sixth one up in the corner there.
