How long do you think someone should be a recruit (cant get any clan gear) when they transfer from another sever?
Months, Weeks, Days, ? What are your thoughts?

#2It's a month as recruit with us, regardless of where they came from... We extend it if we need to see more of the person before promoting...

#3Our chieftain is recommending to the clan that we make all bought toons wether they are within clan or cross server wait 2-3 months as opposed by our normal 1 month rule. Is this to long of a wait, do u think or is it reasonable?

#5Usually our clan waits 2-3 weeks before promotion to clansman, however it is largely dependent on the person, their background, and what they do in those preliminary weeks.
