hi everybody today we were trying to kill starspell we were doing fine until the end when it started healing we couldnt kill it was way too hard
thx everybody
Re: starspell
#2it is impossible for a group of 80's to kill it. A level 102 druid, 103 warrior, and my 116 rogue couldnt finish it off because of its stupid heals, its not even suppose to heal
Re: starspell
#3Ye thats true. We tried to kill once with 5 people but had to call backup from its healing which made a full group of 8 people. Really annoying.

Re: starspell
#4Yeah he heals alot and when you hit 100 a 2k heal is way too much, we killed two days ago with a dps lvl 115 and it took 30 minutes for 3 oaks(useless). It shouldnt heal i mean its a wisp, plus i thought i heard all bosses that got healing in update that shouldnt were gonna get it removed. Please remove his heal or make it 800 not 1500-2000.

Re: starspell
#5I'm on the Starspell quest part, so your sayin he heals himself? Damn, i guess i have to wait another day
I approve this message.
Re: starspell
#6Thanks will get that fixed, did he heal before the update?
Also I think the enemies that do heal cast too fast without giving enough time to interrupt which I think needs to be changed.

Re: starspell
#7no boss except spire, crumble, falgren, and brutus healed, and even their heal has been amped up which heals way too much. Thanks will get that fixed, did he heal before the update?

Re: starspell
#8Have not tried it post-update. Actually didnt know there was actually an update done!
But just a few days ago, they tend to heal when HP is below 20 - 25% and sustain there for quite a while until we changed tactics. Basically shieldbashing and spamming dmg dealing skills to do so. i can imagine how this would be tactically manageable if you have 2 or 3 warriors that shield bash in sequence. Kindda like the fact that a strategy is required to kill, versus simply hack and bash and having to tweak bosses all the time.
A good team set up is always fundamental to killing bosses though, including decent equipments - It should not be simply based on "levels".

Re: starspell
#9vege it does depend on level becasue he hits 1000 with one special then 800 with next so you need a higher lvl tank to do it for sure.
Re: starspell
#10I've been strolling around in stonevale and seen it heal for some HP.
