Come upon level 105'ish and I got a STANDARD bounty called crystal bog it requires you to kill 5 lvl 109 3* kelpies
Come upon level 109 and I received an ELITE bounty called sink or swim. It requires you to kill 5 lvl 109 3* kelpies
At level 105 trying to get them to spawn was frustrating trying to kill them was impossible. And then getting the same quest with a different title and 3x the XP was insulting
