If you dont know my friend got into my phone and deleted my toons and gave away my stuff I contacted support to see if i could get may toons back but ever since then I havent been able to log in i have been to 4 different places trying to log in 2 of switch 5 bars and it says i get stuck in the log in and it never changes and if i do get it in wont let me see the toon i currently have just gives me server list and i can never get past

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Are you able to sign in with other characters? Or able to create new characters to load into the game?

Does the "Character Stuck" option help at all?

I mean i cant even to get access my toons its impossible to get to my toons having tried making a new account to see if it was just that account but what is "Character Stuck" do/is?

As u read this over it is quite confusing whats going on is when i get continue or tap on the screen it just go to the loading screen and never goes past or it will take me to server screen then i hit crom and send me to logging screen with 5 bars

Tried the redownload i was able to see my toons but it would log me onto a different server and when i went to change servers just did the exact same thing not letting me see toons
Just stays on this screen

Are you able to create characters on a separate account on the server you wish to join?

Trying to figure out if it is not letting you connect to certain servers.

All im trying to do is log into my normal account just sends me to a infinity loading screen but i actually make it in ill get to servers and when i try to pick crom and join it will of the same thing
When i redownloaded it was able to get to toons but it was wrong server and when i went to switch it it went back to loading screen

UPDATE its only doing it on one account i tried logging into one of my different accounts (daul accounts) and it worked perfectly fine i was able to get into game its just doing it on one of my accounts

UPDATE i tried logging in on a different device and its still having the same problem

Refreshing app, turning phone off then back on, changing wifi, trying no wifi,redownloading nothing as worked has anyone else had this problem?

Back up your device, then hard reset all data, then use your back up
