#12Happened to me once I did what Aaron here said then it worked. Curious were you ever able to get back on.Back up your device, then hard reset all data, then use your back upIf you dont know my friend got into my phone and deleted my toons and gave away my stuffI contacted support to see if i could get may toons back but ever since then I havent been able to log in i have been to 4 different places trying to log in 2 of switch 5 bars and it says i get stuck in the log in and it never changes and if i do get it in wont let me see the toon i currently have just gives me server list and i can never get past

#15Its been a week and one of my accounts still has a infinite loading still havent been able to get into my account. I checked forums and i believe 1-2 people are also having this problem Ive tried restarting, deleting and redownloading, and everything else has anyone been able to fix this. Ive tried both my devices and and its only that account its not having that problems with my other account.
