It's been 2 weeks since I started a support ticket to get my old character back. I only get responses every 5 days or so. Is there any way to speed this up at all? My character is near the same lvl as my old one and I would really like to have them both to try and d-d.

Sometimes the character recovery process can take awhile depending on the circumstances (Attached to same account, Name not taken)

Support are going through tickets now so I will try to flag yours up
