This is totally off topic and might come over as a bash but I am 100% certain core spend loads of money on plats. How else would you sell chests, 100+ of each lix and alot of other plat items on double plat when there happened to be a plat drought in lugh? Only a few were selling chests or plat items on that day and core was one of them.

Ahh yes, I actually got a taste for opening chests a few weeks before double play so decided to blow some money. That's not too normal for me.

Well, I only made about 5m off the double plat. Most of my money has come through merching, but it has taken time, so while it is easy money, it requires patience.
Still, it beats grinding.

If not plat buyer, You'd have to be extremely lucky, like getting 4K plat bundles and 100% mounts from chests(bought from other players) that sell for 5mil range.
