I would prefer this topic not be locked.. Please stop Eld.

You do not agree with the server rules, very well. You do not play on Taranis anymore, very well. This thread is intended to provide a background for those unfamiliar with the endgame clans and the endgame server rules, so please stop ridiculing a server you do not play on, clans you were never a part of, a way of handling drops from bosses you never killed, and a community that has thrived for years and has the support of many.

I am sure you had great reasons for leaving Taranis, but there is little reason to bash our server at nearly every opprotunity thereafter.

Thank you.

XD Lols all servers should bow down Taranis?? Wow you're so ignorant! That'll be the day any server bows down to another server!! FUNNY XD HA!! lol people these days. There's so many better servers if anything Taranis should take some notes, and learn from other servers! Clearly it's not doing better since my mailbox has been full of people agreeing with me and asking me where they should move. People saying Taranis isn't very user friendly!! Haha!! Lol like what i get 5 hate comments and then like 30 messages telling me right on, and asking me advice on where they should move!!' Hahahaha! Toooo funny toooo funny!
Taranis is the most powerful server in terms of levels and numbers. This was measured using the online rankings: Taranis yields 107 players levels 210 and up with Arawn in second place with 89 players. The reason for this is our community. The two endgame clans are highly competitive and must make do with their low numbers on endgame bosses, they strive to do the best they can at all times and are constantly pushed to their limits. The bigger the challenge; the stronger we get. Also I don't understand why everyone thinks that the gens of our clans gear themselves before everyone else. The truth is that the gens of our clans are the most hardworking people in the clan ! I too thought that maybe the gens were doing something shady (by comparing their gear to the rest) but upon deeper analysis one can conclude that the Gens of pride and Aeon are the people who do the most work for the clan! In addition, it is not possible to cheat our gearing system. It's simple, it is a two way road, you camp and you kill, this is then measured fairly and then gear is based on who has more points, it's simple the more work the more reward. We don't have any drops just sitting in bank. The people who do have a problem with this system are the people who are lazy, people who think that leveling counts as camping and killing bosses and think that they can use their sweet talk and propaganda to somehow cheat the system and then put the finger on the gens.

sounds like a dictatorship to me
A dictatorship is run by one person..

Taranis is managed by a governing alliance consisting of representation and agreement from all the endgame and sub-endgame clans. We aren't too fond of chaos and drama, and have established server-wide order that comes before "might is right".

Yes, if you are a temperamental hothead who likes to take your anger out on defenseless low levels by repeatedly KSing them, Taranis probably isn't for you. If you are rebellious and want to level fast and upset the established peace, Taranis probably isn't for you. But if you are looking to progress through the game in peace and without being hindered by the injustice of being ruthlessly ksed, without your clan's bosses being sabotaged by jealous rivals, and with the focus of the game being on strategy and social relationships rather than raw dps, then Taranis probably is for you.

Some prefer the chaos and "might is right" mentality - that's fine, after all this game is based during the Middle Ages, and there are plenty of other servers that run by that rule. Just not this one.

Regen is right.. Some may prefer the peace of Taranis or some may prefer the drama and anarchy of other servers.

I love taranis. Those who don't like the clans can go solo and be fine. In nexus there is a clan property rule to some degree. Many items are considered clan property and those who steal them may be punished. Some items (to my knowledge) can sometimes be kept but for the most part the clan property rule is active.
