I havnt seen an oblivion ring drop in quite some time. And th added str health as attack i very nice from the runic valour anyway.

For levelling I would recommend a Yule lux set.

For maximum DPS while bossing if poison set unavailable I'd prefer runic valour ammy, garanak heat charm and necro or runic rings(I switch from poison set to this setup for necromancer, except I keep my skain poison ring on for the attack/damage boosts
