How long does it take to hear from support and are they helpful?

Depends on the volume of tickets and emails they are currently working on, we are just back from Christmas Break so there is a bit of a delay but the team is working steadily through them

We have a great Support Team run by our Admin Morgana so rest assured they will get to your emails/ticket soon.
