I lent my camo ammy to my friend and then a scammer with almost the same name as me but with a lower case "e" told my friend that he was me. My friend gave to this scammer so now what can I do to get back? I don't know who this guy is.

By giving it to your friend to use, it was your fault because you gave away the control you had over that item. The second trade screen clearly says OneThumb won't help if you get scammed.

Do not trade your items unless you are prepared to never see them again.
