Well the other day I turned in my items for my astrial guatlets and the server crashed, I had equipped before crash, when server was back up my guatlets were gone, I sent an email to support, no reply. Will I need guatlets in my possession to start quest? Thanks

Since every upgrade has required the previous quest's items, I'm assuming you'll be needing these. But if you sent an email to support it should be resolved soon enough. Did you use the in-game support feature too?
