I will never understand why OTM made an armour to face Gelebron with almost no elemental resistances on it, even though its damage comes mostly from elemental skills... Well i guess better for other classes since they will have to wait less for doch gul gear since tanks won't use it

I stopped believing that there is someone at OTM who actually knows how end-game classes work and design items based on specific class roles.
Most of the end-game loot are either standard permutations or combinations of stats (e.g. Gelebron weapons) which started way back with Hrungnir resist rings. They have this spreadsheet (just like Bitey's) and start from there.

Why does everyone think that this is the armor meant to face gelebron? Just because you get it on the same level?

Changing builds of everyone, even Druids, to get 10k health so you can take that aoe (heals and skills look terrible as a result) isn't going to be easier with paper armor and more dps. I see this armor as automatically giving you the lock on bosses where you typically don't take much damage and cutting down dramatically on kill times. For example I'm waiting on a group of 6 - 8 to kill Mord including a tank and Druid (tank would not use DG though).

I understand what you are saying, but what's the point of getting the ultimate armour in game after hitting 220 if its purpose is to kill bosses below lvl 190 that can already be taken down with a super small group? And i don't think OTM cares about clans lock fights dynamics

So what you're saying is OTM made armour for the elite players so they can completely ignore the concept of target lock and crush the competition on any noob boss they want. Legitness.

Can't wait to take back hrungnir because it has some of the best helms and weapons for casters. Getting aggy would be legit too because I'm a druid and need ward rings.

Don't forget magic and pierce luring ring, very usefull for Proteus. You need to farm drops off a level 150 boss to get stuff usefull to kill a 220 boss after you hit 215.
