I will agree to disagree on this topic. I for one prefer rolling vs. hoping I get lucky enough to appease my Chieftain or decision making group for a drop.

Its not a good thing if you have to appease your chieftain or any other decision making body for drops. Whoever gave anyone that much power should re-evaluate why they are in there in the first place. Rolling shouldn't be the only recourse one has left to live with. But as always, people have their own morals and opinion. Mine's just one of them, and it's not a crime to give it.

That means you had an unfortunate experience in your clan with a rotten system, but most of dom clans have a solid and fair loot distribution system. Even if you are a non dom clan you can organize and start your way from snorri and then eventually start getting bigger bosses once your clan has enough dl/edl weps. There are just too many bosses to camp, no way a dom clan can cover them all. I'm asking you a question now: why would i come attending a boss only because a certain player needs me to get its drops, even tho that certain player of another clan just called me a sh*t and lacked me of respect with no reason? Why would i waste my resources just to help someone i would never want to? In a clan at least we have a common goal and actually work together to achieve it. I have experienced both systems and i would never go back to dicing, i'd rather quit than see someone attending 3 mordris and winning 3 helms while others attended dozens and won a sweeoing blow brace at the most. Why would i lose a purple dop for my armour to a druid and then have to buy it after i spent my money at that fight? These things make no sense in an online game where you can set your own rules

LOL You people from other servers are HILARIOUS...So jealous that we are able to work together that you need to come to Epona World server and try to talk about how OUR system doesn't work.
The people with the best gear put in the most time regardless of what you think.
Dilvar leads the most powerful clan and is EXTREMELY fair with how he runs his clan. The only way this system fails is if Dilvar decides Anarchy keeps all their drops. With that being said Goonies can kill all bosses except Proteus and Gelebron who no one can kill yet.
So what do you gain except anger from try to out lock a different clan?
BTW just cause I'm not in Goonies or Anarchy doesn't mean I won't help out these other clans. A lot of people help other clans because for the most part we are all friendly...Now go be jealous somewhere else haha

Actually you're the hilarious one thinking we are jealous of your random distribution system. we prefer to not use luck to reward our clan members. you folks are singing the same song Lugh was a year ago, I'm not saying you'll do the same, and maybe Epona can go longer being a cooperative server. the game just isn't designed for it, imo. but good luck. I'm sure you guys will get Gelebron soon.

We have been distributing drops since the beginning this way...the only thing we changed was to make it class rolls...which means we have been going longer clearly since we are still doing it...I am not offended at all I appreciate your concern for our well being as a cooperative server though. Good Job now the Lughs best drops are going to players who really deserve it, but what about all the other players who are not in your clan?

I don't think the drops are worth all that drama and hate you gain, so many have left lugh just because the drops have to go to somebody who 'deserves' it


At the end it believe Eponas system has less drama than your guys systems. Our server is really chilled most of the times. But who cares. Some people like apple pie the other ones prefer chocolate cakes *best example*

Lets not discuss this out, i guess Lugh has had enough Topics about all this we are talking about right now..

all i can say is, whatever has happend/will happen on epona - i and my clan never want to go dom.
There were times when my clan could have gone dom easily, but we just are not interested to.

some people appreciate that and others (especially new players from different servers) will always complain.
