What's the point? They'll just make another alt account to do the same.
In Morrigan, someone ended up making 423 toons to harass people and I'm not even exaggerating.
She put all those alts in one clan and it ended up being the "most active clan" in Morrigan.
Blocking isn't the answer.

I've already discussed it with Support, if they wish to continue we will disable their main.

Thats very good to know. Creating alt characters to circumvent blocking would have repercussions on the main account. Thank you much.
