What does each point of Steady Aim do?

#1
New ranger here, pondering skills. The description of Steady Aim is very general. It "increases accuracy and damage" but does not say by how much they increase. My unbuffed Attack is 211 and unbuffed Damage is 28. If I cast level 1 Steady Aim on myself, those go to Attack = 216 and Damage = 28. Attack increases by 5, Damage by 0.

Before I start pouring skill points into it, I would like to know how each point is going to affect it. So if I raise it to level 2, will it raise my Attack by 10, and my Damage by 1?

Anyone know the answer? Or have a link to a place that shows the answer? Or at the very least, can you post how much Steady Aim raises your skills, and what level your Steady Aim is at?

DO NOT use steady aim. Not until 120+ where you use damage boosting rings instead of skill boosting rings. Skills like sharp shot, long shot, double shot, light heal, and if you are going to use a boost, sharpen weps. (Easy to get 3+-5+ rings)

I think that the reason Steady Aim becomes so much more effective at high lvls is because just like Frenzy, Steady Aim might be based on a percentage of ur total physical dmg (dmg wise at least, perhaps attack too), although, Frenzy is far stronger.
