Warden NPC Location

I just notice the Warden Armor NPCs are no longer in Lir's Reach lol. I have looked in Shalemont Ravine, Stonevale and Otherworld at Wardens Crossing but no luck.

Do they only appear if you have completed quests? If so where are they? The NPC in Lir's Reach said Stonevale at Warden's Crossing but Warden's Crossing is in Otherworld.... I am so confused lol.

At stonevale farm, near tam lin and the statue of Danu, there is path through the water, and there is a grove with the wardens in

I quit, again, no one enjoys the game anymore bc yall complain too much, the whole thing is revolving around bosses and selfish dom clans.

They should be moved back. The whole idea of warden circle has been amazing.
