relentless not top 10 either even though its the dom clan in gwydion

Leaderboards don't reflect how well clans are geared, active members, # of sub 180 alts which inflate the rating total, etc which might explain why relentless and avalon aren't in top 10

Too much internal fighting, they didn't like our success so it made them turn on each other. We picked up some of their good members like the Legendary Term lol. Also you guys are bad asses on Avalon!!!

This was part of the reason. We had over a year of killing mord and necro over WG and got very few drops worth using. New lux basically just as good as the drops we were getting. We basically had no reward for killing bosses so people had 0 motivation to log on. It became easier and easier for WG to get EDL so there was lots of frustration going around from lack of drops to lack of people logging for EDL bosses. Congrats to WolfGang for sticking it out and getting to where y'all are now. I hope you guys have better luck with drops than we did.

Yes those issues sound familiar. Resurgence was getting to that stage but merger with Braves saved it from oblivion. And Otm needs to seriously address the no reward for killing bosses issue.

Belenus is in similar situation, not really that lux beats drops, but more that many ppl dont have time (sometimes led to quit the game cus they just dont have time) making them log less, making bosses die less often which lowers the motivation causing bosses to die even less often. Last time we had 30+ on was quite a while ago, let alone 215+ members.

7 months ago my clan was barely in the top 20, and now we're ranked in the top 3 in the world. We had a uphill battle against our tyrant top clan on our server Mabon. We had a plan and we stuck to it tremendously and now we're reaping the benefits of it. Just wanted to share this with the community on how even with a small core grp you can turn that into a empire

By the sounds of it, the downfall was due to internal conflict and lack of activity, which is attributed to by lack of content end game.
