Is it in the PlayStore you get the pending error?Appears that the latest version of the beta app is in play store, however when I click on install all I get is install pending. Any ideas muldar from a fellow DROID player

Are you downloading over 3g or WiFi? Android sometimes disables downloads of large files over mobile networks.
That or a cache and data wipe on the store, give it a restart to wake it up
