If you want to get an account unbanned, just send an apology letter to Muldar through a PM. Include something like you were in the bathroom and your evil 2 year old brother started scamming people in Farcrag Castle and that you would never do such a heinous thing.
Promise to kick your brother's butt, and then beg for your account to be unbanned. Include at least 30 "i swear it wasn't me" and "i love this game" to increase your chances.

For anyone looking to get their account unbanned: Give all the account details, tell the truth (We see all account activity) and be nice it won't help if you are swearing.
• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
