I've been wondering if something's up with support right now? Recently a couple of people as seen throughout forums aren't getting emails back from support/appeals. I've asked some other people as well and they've told me that they haven't been getting mails. Was the email changed? Or is there just an overload of it causing replies to come slowly.-.?

We usually aim to reply to Appeals / Support within 1 - 2 weeks but there can be a delay depending on the volume.
