Hi Muldar, why not make all items sellable @ 100% price to the same vendor for the first 3 days? Would save you guys a lot of support time.
It's possible to abuse this. Buy, wait 2 days, sell, buy, wait 2 days, sell. You can make it last forever this way.
Sure, if the player has the patience. I sure won't bother.

But you do have a point. Well, then it could be 3 days or until the player has gained X levels, whichever comes first.

And during those 2 days they use it, returning if they need a different item. So it's pretty much FREE.
LordyIsBack - Lvl 121+ Warrior
Clan Prophecy (World Danu)
I'm taking a break from CH until the next questline is released. Possibly this next beta.

Name Jadin on the server crom
Did you ask for the incorrect bow refunded?

I can see you recently asked for a return on your Adamant Bow but the only bow you purchased recently was the Wyrmbone Bow?

Oh lord.

1. 24-hour warranty.
2. Warranty is void if you level up X times.
3. Warranty is void if you've bought the same item in the last Y days.
4. Warranty is void if you trade the item.
5. Same warranty period for buying back items you've accidentally sold.

Yes, it's free if you want to mess around with the lux for pvp or whatnot.

The idea here is to save OTM the time it takes to address these issues, so they can focus on more important things, like improving the game.

@Muldar: You most likely have metrics for this -- how much time do you guys spend on support? 160 hours per month? What if you spend 480 hours this month so you reduce support hours to 20 or so per month, FOREVER? Should be a no-brainer imo.
