i sent tickets in askin if otm could look into my acc with kittens and they never responded and that was a month ago.. i played a few weeks and ended up losin the acc to whoever accessed it... im not pleased... i was lvl 141... i lost a horse and gifts from friends and barrowed items... i quit for a few weeks becuz of that... thanks for never respondin to that ticket... i lost my acc becuz of u guys.... no one ever knew my info... i have no clue how it was accessed... im now currently havin to restart... im lvl 60... on a new acc.... -.-

• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

And we will assist you with account recovery
