This update actually sounds pretty exciting, worth me downloading the game again glad I stayed on the forums so I could check if real new content came along. Question though, all this will be gone after this event is finished right? If I haven't managed to upgrade my pet to max level before this event is over then I won't be able to do it after?

Bounties came and stayed, several fashion shops came and stayed. IMO pet system has come to stay. These, as the thread said, are the first of many pet designs.

Hopefully the same pet stays long enough for it to be maxed

^ yes that's what I mean, I hope the same pet stays forever cuz I won't have much time to play so I don't want to be stuck with the same level pet when the event finishes. I hate the way good things come and go so fast in this game, if I'm a new player and see someone on a horse mount and I want one, well then I'm stuffed now cuz they are already not available in the game except from another player which they might not be selling something so cool.

Great! Just so I understand, these pets have nothing to do with the chests right? Maybe McLirs chests are alright cuz there permanent.

Not sure if I missed anything, but it seems pet tokens will be in chests, but the vendor itself is permanent and not linked to event. My email for beta didn't work, so was unable to test and check personally. ^^"

As far as I've read, it sounds as though, event chests will drop pet tokens, bounties will also drop tokens which can be used at the Pet Vendor to buy pets.

Two ways to get tokens, both are a crapshoot. So, those that spend a lot on chests will have pets first, or those that have 20+ alts who do bounty quests non-stop will have pets first. I think that a pet can drop directly from the chest and not just the token.

Hoping the ley glitch is fixed
