So a few days ago I sent in a in-game support ticket it was about 4 days ago and I still didn't get an answer. I started private messaging a staff member and he said he would do stuff that he didn't do. And now I'm still waiting for a response from him. Anyone want to explain why I'm being ignored?

-Ostara on the way and from what Muldar says they're very busy.
-Small team, lots of tickets and player issues they have to deal with every day.
- It does say you cannot undo a deletion of a character before you delete it. Just wait the 29 days until your mail is returned

From what I can tell Muldar is the main (if not only) staff member who deals with us as players, so he's got a pretty full plate. If there are more Support Team members then they're helping people not twiddling their thumbs lol

Biggest reason may be Ostara. OTM staff hasn't been as active on Forums the past few days

Yup same thing happened to me it's been well over 2 weeks and haven't heard a word from otm .

Weekend, had a pretty busy one.
