Another piece of advice,
Bolas and double should hit 10 levels above you, I.E. At level 135 they should hit up to 145, and at level 136 they should hit up to 150.
After you fix that, max out sharpen, then steady, then rapid, then if you have an extra point or two put it in light heal.
That's the build I've been running.
Also, I would drop all your dex for strength. Attack IMO should come from gear and bow ability. Get a quiver of air or the wind, and drop the haste ring for a aggy dmg ring. At level 135 you should have about 280vitality, and at 150 get 400 and that should cover you health wise until full dl
