We recently had some issues caused by an errant clan member who had access to one of our banks. Banks were deleted and most drops taken, which sucked, but the Support Team got us the accounts, toons, and items (that weren't taken) all back.

Thanks for this, and keep up the good work, we all really appreciate it.

On a more personal note, thanks for the smaller things (refunds, questions, etc.) you've helped me with, very grateful for all the help.

You do nothing to scammers! Prime example (I will mention name because the person themselves admited to it on forums, in another post) JENTHEFIRST.

I remember a few scammers getting banned back in the day, now days it's much easier for scammers to get away with their actions. OTM can't do anything about the items but they can ban them. I would prefer OTM to send warnings out to reported scammer because they might get scared and return scanned items
