OTM is a tiny company so it's hard for them to compete with game loft, super cell, or even space time studios when it comes to content, updates and bug fixes. The game is great though overall and I like it much better than the larger names.

One thing OTM does better than gameloft or anyone else is customer support. In game purchase gone missing? Messed up a purchase? Might as well pee into the wind as send a ticket (if you even can send one lmao) with those companies. OTM does better customer support than all of them put together. So cgs to OTM and be grateful they are so helpful.

So true, support team is absolutely fantastic.

Yes Ive been helped a lot by support team. Someone in our clan went crazy and promised 'revenge' on the clan as he left (he went total coocoo), and he somehow got access to an active trusted player and loaned items and then scammed everyone, Morgana banned him with the items on him.

Its only a shame we cant get items back.
