Gratz m that's a nice looking set,

This is only sort of relevant, but it always confused me that dragon Lord gives heat damage, as stated by the quest giver, it's designed for fighting dragons, dragons are vulnerable to cold damage, So why heat? I'm sure there's an obvious answer

Gratz Aileron. Your decision to complete sets paid off. Not many clans have the courage to do this because of fear that people will question why only a few people get the set when so many were involved in killing gele and proteus. So most clans rather complete pieces to appease the majority of their clan. It is debatable which approach is better. I personally declined a DG bp because I felt it would not be right to get it when more could get the DG gloves with the drops. Later, we changed our approach to letting each clanny indicate a preferred DG items they wanted and I got my preferred DG leggings. For my clan it looks like the warrior set is going to be the only set for a long time to come as the decision at this moment is not to complete any more set.

Last summer event drag. Ythair. Aggy. Mord. Natan. Just a few dragon bosses that had equal or more ice resist

I dont see this as "Bluestarr's set". Yes, she wears it but the entire clan earned it and we are happy to see it on her. Is it everyone in Ava? Probably not, but our clan culture doesn't put anyone's self interest ahead of the clan. Everyone can see how their clan contribution compare to these 3, Cein, Blue and Raved, and eventually everyone will get their turn.

That's the main reason I'm fighting for better conflux drop rates, so I can reward our members for all their hard work in a reasonable amount of time. Not 5 years later. If only OTM would let me.

Does a pair of gloves really appease disgruntled clan members who wish they have more loot? Probably not. Anyone with this mindset cannot be satisfied if they put themselves ahead, they'll always end up disappointed no matter what.

we know that certain mobs are vulnerable to certain types of damages more than others, and I know it's been seen in the past that dragons who are based on heat/fire damage, are vulnerable to ice

Last ostara emberdrakes were weaker to fire ironically. And aggy, which is a fire dragon is equally weak to ice n fire I believe. This years drake is weaker to ice dmg, just that.
