My question is, why do we only get ONE refund a month??? I purchased this events 140 tank ammy and a 180 shield from the lux shop just to try being a tank because I've always wanted to try it out. Now I want to switch back to a leveling build so I asked for a refund on my 140 tank ammy, got my 750k back, but it said that I have to wait until JULY until I can get another refund. I'm not that rich when it comes to gold so I'm not gonna blow this off like most would.

You can be happy you even got a refund in the first place... you're supposed to sell items you don't want anymore to either shop for 50% of the gold you paid or a different player. I don't think there should be refunds at all. Go farm some gold or buy platinum instead of exploiting OTM.

Mainly due to the fact we do not wish players to abuse the refund system.

If you could constantly refund your items for full price there would be no consequence to purchases, that and we would probably get a lot more Support Tickets.

You can't go to a restaurant, order a pizza, eat half of it and then ask for your money back because you're "unhappy with your purchase" either. If you dislike the item you bought then it's not OTM's problem. You can sell it back to shop. I'm 100% against refunds... you gotta learn from your mistakes. What you also need to realize is that this is OTM's job. They're paying their bills with this game. Just like you or your parents. Nothing in life is free or has no consequences. If OTM would permanently refund people's items like they do for you this game wouldn't exist any longer.

OTM is a business... Not a restaurant that servers food. Businesses tend to have refund systems to keep their contumers happy when they bought an item(s) they didn't like or enjoy using and wanted to return it to get their money back and buy something else. OTM gives one refund a month because they are afraid that people will abuse the refund system??? Not a valid excuse for me. MF you clearly don't know how businesses work.

Either wait until next month before trying something, or deal with the 50% shop re-sell price.

Refunds should be for accidental purchases like I am a rogue and bought the focus ammy on accident. Or bought 2handed sword from ow shop instead of the 1handed

Or like I did and bought 2 pairs of bounty fash boots instead of boots and gloves lol. They fixed that for me quickly
