I'm Anubis2 from Herne and i have a quick Question to Muldar. I've sent a Password request and it's more than 5 Hours gone. So how long does it take to get that Paaword as an E-Mail? Would be nice to get an answer

Office is not open on weekends so there may be a delay in replies as the Support Team works though emails / tickets received over the weekend.
Be sure you have submitted an email with:
• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
As the more details you provide the quicker they can process your request.

But I couldn't give any info, because I just tapped the "Password forgot" Button so they will send me a Password quick?Or could it happen that it takes more than a while?

#4And I tapped it twice and it twice said "your new Password has been sent to your E-Mail" but I didn't get any Password yet and it's the correct Useername of me and correct E-Mail Address I'm sure

#5If you used the reset password function in-game you should receive an email almost instantly.
Be sure to check all inboxes (including Junk) for any emails as it is an automated system.

Is it maybe because I'm from Germany? So that it takes longer to arrive here?

#9It happened to me quite a lot on Android, password request and mail registration doesn't always work
