This my first forum post sorry if I put this in wrong place I can't even pm muldar,I'm lv215+ ok and my clan kills Prot,well my friend quit and gave me his acct details to bolas Prot cause he's a ranger ok? I didn't think i was breaking tos or anything since I didn't buy acct,so I put 5 mil worth of items on it(250$ since I only buy plat) and it gets banned..yet to hear from otm from email,like I understand I was breaking the rule but I didn't know....could ATLEAST help me out for this one situation,like this my first time coming to otm about something and they ignour me,been a loyal plat buyer since I started spent thousands yet only be brushed aside,u guys can't even email me back!

If this is in wrong section can u just move it right place I really dunno

I've moved this over to the ask for help forum.

You will be required to email [email protected] with your account details for the banned account:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

Appeals may not be able to unban the account for you as gifted accounts are against the TOS and are usually only returned to the original owner.

Muldar I even emailed u lol both emails ignoured me man

Like I said in email,I just want MY items back,not the acct,the owner didn't care acct got banned was his own fault but it's my items I want back

I've found your emails but they will require further account details.

Like I understand why u banned it now but I didn't know at the time,not asking for acct just my items which I bought with gold which I got thru plat buying

Like is there any chance for me getting my items back...?or should I just give up and be 250$ down

Your best bet is to give more info to the appeals email address and wait for their reply
