If I recall a previous post correctly, I belive it works as follows:

Quartz is better than warden
Meteoric is better than quartz
Diamond is better than meteoric
Upgraded meteoric is better than diamond

So if you're willing to do the work for warden -> Meteoric -> Upgraded Meteoric should end better

As for quartz -> diamond, you would have to buy of players or pay full price in shop.
Quartz = 175k
Dianod ~ 350k (can't remever exact)

Last, many players are still waiting to know if dragon will be a separate armor quest or an upgrade to meteoric

Dragon will be an upgrade to upgraded meteoric,
As it's free (but takes longer to get) i suggest you to get warden
However it's quite long to get warden then meteoric so if you have enough money you can buy sec tier diamond armour during your wait ... But before get to lvl 60

Go for warden, then get meteoric, then get upgraded meteoric, and by that time you should be level 120 for dragon quest

Skip quartz if you can.

Diamond is another waste, but if you need it, get it.

Try to do warden then meteoric and skip quartz and diamond if possible, it will be a waste in the end. If you have to buy them get them used so you can resell without loss.

Try to pay 2k for moon disk, 3k for sun disk, 6 k for oak disk, 12k for crown disk, 20k for elm disk, and skip weapon and armor for now since dragon disks cost 85k.

Get warden because it is in the end game aka the final picture which means the game will evolve around the upgrades for warden ie metoric to glacial then to dragon and so on

sorry if this sounds like a broken record.

If you can, i suggest getting your warden armor first. If you do not get your warden, you will not be able to participate in upgrading it to Metoric, to Glacial, and then eventually to Dragon armor.

Quartz and Diamond armor are good options for using if you are unable to finish your warden or Metoric, or for use waiting in between upgrades, but eventually they will not help you as much as glacial and dragon armors.

The levels are

Warden- quarts- Metoric- Diamond - Glacial - Dragon.

currently, the glacial quests are not live but will be very soon in the next patch.
