Celtic Heroes

I've been grinding, gold farming, and doing quests, but I don't really know what I'm doing. So, I need some advice to give me direction. Specifically I need help with how to spend my gold and my Alt Book (from Catacombs quest).

Yes, this is my first MMO and I am older than your average gamer. Today I am Lvl 54.
Str 123, Dex 49, Foc 40, Vit 83
Health 591 (5 sigils), Energy 162 (1 sigil)
Sword 464/540, Melee 540/540, First Aid 467/540, Reflex 32/540, Spear 35/540, Blunt 474/540, Axe 75/540, Vigour 64/540, Warding 53/540
Piercing/Slashing/Crushing Resistances 201, Fire/Cold/Magic 58
Movement evasion 16, Wounding 32, Spell 26
PVP Rank Trooper

I have a full set of Ancient Scale and a Duskshadow set
Weapons are: Ancient Small Sword (30, 2682), Ancient Cudgel (39, 2986), Ancient Mallet (62, 4518)
Offhand: Mystic Battleskewer (Magic 20)

Only put stats points into vit and str and maybe some in focus if needed. Use an axe and buy rupture, shatter and double attack if you haven't already. Skills you should use are rupture, pummel, frenzy, double attack and shatter

I don't know if it makes any difference, but I forgot to say that I am intending to be a Warrior Hybrid not a Tank.

• What ratio would you suggest for vit and str? 1/1?
  Are rupture, shatter, and double attack only available from other players? If so, can anyone advise on the likely cost?
  Do you mean a main hand axe? If so, is there a good one I can get as a drop, or should I buy?

At that level just buy
Shop axe

Thanks. I have now bought Shatter and Double Attack and am training with them. I will get myself an axe.

I am also consulting some of the guides here on the forum and trying to take in more information about how this all works
