I was mailing items from one character to another and then I lost two mounts. I checked on all of my characters and they are not there. Anyone can go and look into my account and tell me where they are at?

Hi Hison,

Could you submit an in-game Support Ticket on the character this happened on and our Support Team will look through your item and mail history.

Be sure to include the names of the items lost.

Guys I understand you been busy. But it just doesn't take two weeks to tell me where my items go.

You will have to use the in-game Support Tool regarding any items missing.

The Support Team can then look up your item history in-game.

Be sure to include any character names and item names.

If they have yet to reply to your ticket please submit another and I will inform the team.

You guys got to be kidding me.. I spend 22 days waiting for a replay that j didn't even need.. I asked where the items at.. Like right now where are they.. And not where they went too.. I checked those characters that support told me.. And all other characters. They items are not there.. Thanks for nothing I guess
