So I'm a lvl 90 rouge and I am not good what are good skills and stats for lvl 90 thx:)

I think a 1 Str, 2 Dex 2 vit build is good at that lvl. For skills, I'd use qs, riposte, SS, ls and spare points in reflex or pw.

That build works well. I use the same stats and spares in reflex. Have an op level 225 rogue to pw me most lix tho
Imo your better off adding spares in reflex over pw. Saves restos and pw doesnt add a noticable damage unless it is upgraded lots
