i have no problem with people who swear, it shouldnt be bannable... however, people who use racist, sexist, or homophobic slurs should absolutely be banned, though maybe with a 1 hr warning once they next log online to avoid borrowed items disappearing with them

That user was banned because he was using absuive language, which is not tolerated. Regardless of whether he was provoked or not that kind of language is unacceptable, and the use of it results in a ban.

He was banned for using abusive language. Not for using swear words, there is a big difference. When any argument crosses the line into abuse, it's bannable, no mater what the excuse or circumstance. There are always 2 sides to a story, but in the end he typed the words that got him banned. His fingers typed the words. His decision to send the text.

I was using innapropiate languague, only because he said stuff to me that really annoyed me,
And I do have anger manegments but admin does not care.. My anger took over me

He was using inappropriate language that is not permitted. That's what he was banned for. It doesn't matter what else the post had. It proved what he had said, and he didn't deny it.

If you want Wulvric banned for also using inappropriate language, then you could probably request them to look into it. I'm sure they have chat logs, just need the time.

Also, I don't think Matt should get his items for the same reason scammed people shouldn't get theirs back. It was his fault for giving it to someone else, also if he is unbanned, then there'd be extra lux items flying around.

It wasn't profanity. The Admin means abusive and profane language. He didn't say swears he instead said that he raped my mon I death and raped her some more in her grave! And much more than that over a course of two days!! It had nothig to do with cussing it was him being atrocious and horrible! And it was totally one sided! I knew if I tryed to retaliate I'd be kicked out of the clan because the guy was the brother of my general!!!!!!! So it was totally reasonable as a ban! Although you should try to get matturias back his stuff.

They were both involved and they both said things.

Why should I be banned? The literal only thing I called him ever was a immature little kid with a big mouth and very little recognition of others!
