Not sure how your mind works.. Correct me if I'm wrong but, just because someone has an idea of something and you do something similar, does not mean what you do is theirs?

It is called plagerism for you because you took what was 1's idea and used it as your own.

Right so the first person to take a picture of the Eiffel Tower owns every picture of the Eiffel Tower and anyone to take a picture of it is commiting Plagiarism?

How are they not.. It was his idea to take the picture first so any one else that has the same idea is guilty of plagiarism??

You never had the idea for me to take the picture.. Therefore taking the picture was my own idea. Meaning it is not plagiarism, what's in the picture is just a coincidence

Also, don't call me buddy to look cool. I highly dislike you.. You are the one person on this game I can't stand, the rest I either like or am neutral with.

On top of that, multiple players in your clan were whisping me saying it was funny and they voted for my pic.. I am talking 3 or 5 people here haha. Shows how much support you've got 'buddy'

The pictures that were chosen for the Community Favourite shortlist were chosen by the team from those which were posted in the Screenshot Competition topic and our decision is final, and I ask that you respect our decision.

Plagarism is a very murky and difficult legal concept to fully understand, and what counts as plagarism differs from country to country and also depends on the content in question and how it was created.

This topic has now been locked as there is no purpose in arguing about it. The decision about which pictures are to feature in the Community Favourite shorlist has been made, and that decision will not be changed.

For future screenshot competitions I will make try the rules a little clearer so as to avoid discussions such as this arising again.
