I was wondering if I were to get my edl boots and gloves, should I have to trade in my dl boots and gloves? I was wondering this because yesterday I saw a Mage running around with full edl and then we went to his bank and put on dl to match one of his friends. Also the discription of edl says that "your dl was enchanted".

You answered your own question. He had edl and then pulled his dl out of his bank

it will allow you to keep your dl if you turn in you edl. Not sure about weapon
