Seriously done with otm

Nearly 2 weeks ago, i wanted to take a break from game and decided to send all my rare items to a new created Alt.. to cut the long story short.. Some items vanished (lanrik) when i tried equipping them on my alt.. i mailed support for vanished items, took over 5 days before got a reply.. and i was asked what items vanished.. I went ahead and checked my inventory and realised a whole lot more had vanished (hunter,ardmair).. i listed out everything i noticed had vanished and instead support replied that they couldnt see the listed items sent to or from this account..and since i have replied, i have asked to send some pics of proof and all, still no reply.. My question is seriously what sort of company is otm? There support sucks, you cant call them or chat with them in any way so your issues are fixed, instead you just send mail which could possibly run into weeks and sometimes issues never get resolved... i have lost a long list of very rare items and seems otm is not interested in my issue.. Dont understand how they can deny i sent items to and alt, why dont they do their jobs and retrieve my items.. These items have taken long years to acquire and if i am just gonna lose them like that then maybe its time to leave this game.. Thanks

And don't you just hate it that they want exact names. And how does one get them as we call mounts by speed and name like. Dragonstaff 80/10 or such.

Right.

I have used the server to list your mail inventory between the two chars (Next time this happens please do not do any further actions on the account)

I then cross-referenced and compared the mail inventory and Ysyna Powles inventory and sent a list of possible missing items to Support.

They will then go through the list and check the status of all the listed items and hopefully return any that went missing / inform you what happened to the item.

This may take a bit of time as they are currently working through tickets / emails but I have informed Morgana of the issue.
