In all fairness I don't think new players should be misled, that just leads to potential players leaving and quitting the game forever. Taranis may take the #1 spot as the absolute worst server in the game. There are definite reasons why the Taranis population is so low. I've played on Taranis off and on for years and it just gets worse every year. Taranis seems to be a magnet for scammers, dicers, imposters, etc.. You really can't trust anyone on this server with anything. The end game guilds have entirety ruined the experience for others. The politics and drama make these guilds/clans extremely unpleasant to be a part of. Griefers run rampant and have no qualms with killing stealing or generally ruining your game time.

I sincerely hope new players find another server to play on. You will have a much more enjoyable game experience if you play virtually anywhere else.

Being to generous in the past has been.Our downfalls. That is all that that says scammers flock to the generous

Yes I agree taranis was like this a few years back, there is no perfect server, or a server with none of these issues , it's hard to control social reasons , it's really difficult to get a scammer banned, idk about rest of taranis Aeon helps all, idk why u expect clans to help their rivals, we always help if u ask for it, if u don't we take the boss...

The thing I find funny is that scammers who moved to other servers are commenting on how bad Taranis is, Taranis may be bad for u because u were blacklisted , we will do anything it takes to get scammers out of our server, not let them lix, don't sell them items, get everyone to block them, get em kicked from all the clans, so yes Taranis is the worst server to go to if u scam

You do nothing besides camping castle. You have zero influence in any server. No clue why you try to brag on a forum.

Why are you trying to shoot down an initiative of a player who tries to attract more players to his/her server.

This also applied for the other few posters in this thread who are claiming the op is selfish by posting this topic. It's not harmfull and if you feel like those players should join 'your' server then advertise better and proof to those new players that your server is actually better or in more need of new players.

Perhaps a more constructive method would be to post a similar thread on lugh. Though in the last 3 years the only real drama on taranis has been people who were trying (sometimes not in the best way perhaps) to make it a better server. So if that's your thing then know that is part of the scene.

Anyone that joins our feeder clan peon will recieve all the books from sewer/vault (except shadow), carrow and fingals free. All rings from them 1,2,3 including shadowstrike free. All boneshards minor thru greater free. It's just limited to the class you are and only 1 of each type per toon. I don't even mind if you then switch clans, I've plenty to share. Just ask me in game or a gen in peon and I will hook you up.

To the OP, Im not dissing the system, but let me ask, doesnt Taranis have 2 end-game clans? Some servers have 1 which is small too, dont u find it selfish?

My suggestion if wanted to hear it so much, is closing the ability to register to worlds big enough end-game wise, like Taranis. Do u like it and think u would not be salty had I posted a thread about it on forums?

To clear up some quick confusion: Taranis has 4 end game clans, with a fifth up and coming clan on the way. None are the super massive clans of some servers.

You can post yet another thread on this, be my guest. But there have been several on this already, OTM has made it clear they will not be closing any servers. OTM puts those servers with low populations on top of the list where most new players, none of whom visit this forum, will pick them. This thread is more geared to people who actually read the forum and are thinking of transferring to a new world

I'd say we have 4 endgame clans 3 kill prot, 1 kills gele, all can kill aggy/hrung/mordris and edl 6* , yes we are being selfish we need more lower level players, and because the server is so divided all clans are small we barely have enough to kill gelebron , we also have very little low level players, shalemont,stonevale and other world are mostly empty , need to rejuvenate this server and thanks to this thread we have received several players looking for transfers which means people are gonig out to explore other worlds to
