I've been trying to fix this problem for months, support please answer
#1Hello, I have been trying to regain access to an account of mine regarding a level 221 rogue on Epona and I emailed support in July I believe and we sent a couple emails back and forth (I answered all of their questions). And then they just stopped responding.... this really upsets me because I wake up every day hoping they have solved my problem only to find that they keep ignoring me. So after 2 months of waiting I gave up and tried again from a new email. Once again they replied the first time, and never answered again. It's been 4 months since I first began this claim, this is outrageous. Please help, Muldar or somebody I just need a manual password change because I can't access the email or remember if I even had one. Thank you
