PLEASE HELP!!! THIS IS SERIOUS!!

I have contacted support 4 times this month... I've received NO response!! Not even an acknowledgement email about the issues... The most recent, and most major issue is an accidentally dropped mount... This was no ordinary mount for me... This was a 90% speed, 30% camouflage primal warthog staff... And it was the best, and one of the most expensive things I have ever had in this game... I have 2 usernames under one email. My mount was dropped on my secondary username (aka my alt), as I only have one mount to share between my mains and alts... However, I contacted support on my main username, because I forgot my password for my secondary username... (which shouldn't make a difference because that's where I originally paid for the mount anyway)...its been a week. Not a single response.. Not even on Twitter.. So I went to my alt account and contacted support again to verify that I was the same person (just in case you guys thought I was not for some reason)... Still no reply.. A whole week has passed, and I am beyond frustrated now. Not only because I'm not receiving replies, but because this was not the first time...
At the beginning of October, the exact day that the update was released, I accidentally purchased 5,000 fishing potions, 200,000 GOLD worth of fishing potions, when I only meant to purchase 5,000 gold WORTH of fishing potions... (200 potions) Now, to be fair, I did sell them back.. But only received half of my gold back, as expected. A clan member told me to contact support, and I did... I even wrote on the support ticket that I only needed half of the 200,000 gold back since I sold them back already... Know what I got back? NO RESPONSE!!! And it has been almost a full month!

I don't know what's going on with the support team this month.. Or this year (since I haven't had to contact them since last year)... But it is not helpful at all, and it is very disappointing.. I know that these issues may seem minor to some of you, but as a player who rarely buys platinum, and farms their ass off for their gold (roughly 15k gold at max per go), this is NOT a cakewalk. I have probably only bought platinum 30 times throughout my entire 4 years of playing this game.. And the highest package I've bought was the $49.00 box of platinum (1,600 platinum) on double platinum day... The highest amount of gold I've held at once? 1.8 million... So I'm not a rich player.
Sorry if I sound irate, but it really is frustrating when you unintentionally lose something that big, and feel like you can't do a damn thing about it..

Hello,

I have looked into this issue and have seen that the support team have asked you for the FULL name of the item that has been misplaced.
Providing the date of the drop and the FULL name of the item that you are wishing to have returned will always help the team to better help you.
Please be aware that when asking for the return of items THIS MUST be done on the character in which the item was sold/dropped. The team will look into the item history of the character who made that claim and if no item is found then there may not be a response depending on the volume of tickets we are dealing with - usually though they would send back a message asking if this claim was made on the correct character.

If you have lost access to an account then please tell the support team and they shall try and help you to regain control.
Again - the more information provided then the easier it shall be for us to be able to help you with your claim.

As for the refund - if you've already sold the item that you wish to have a refund placed upon then the team will not usually provide you with the gold that you have 'lost' out on.
I hope this has helped to clear a few things up - if the team have not responded in a timely manner then please feel free to PM myself or Muldar.

You should try and not give out too many account details on the forums as this can interfere with any security questions that the support team may use while dealing with your claim.
