I've been emailing support about getting an account unbanned, and in the past two weeks they have just gone silent. No responses to either of my emails and I'm starting to feel like it's been abandoned. Is this normal or has my case been thrown away?

Spam support with emails! I was once ignored for eight weeks, and then i started sending them 5 messages every day, and they suddenly responded! Btw, you may want to include in your next letter to support that you plan on doing this, or they may get annoyed and tell you game doesnt support your issue :lol: . Sure happened to me a lot :D

don't email support. email appeals. support is probably just deleting your emails.
but then again, appeals doesn't have a good track record of responding in a timely manner either. you can wait months before getting a reply.

Support messages and emails are generally answered within 2-3days and Appeals in 4-5. This of course depends on the volume of messages recieved which has been quite high over the past week but we should be back to normal now and hopefully you will receive a response soon.

Of course please make sure that you are messaging the correct address.

[email protected] - if you're banned or have lost access to the account then message here

Please do not send more than 1 message per issue and it just makes the process of helping yourself and other players much longer.

I've been offline for a couple years, and I've finally gotten a device I can play Celtic on again! I'm so stoked. But, I've forgotten my login information. I can tell you that I've made multiple plat purchases and would love to continue playing.

Could you send an email over to [email protected] with as much of the following details as possible:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

And the team will assist in your account recovery.
